The quote tool

The quoting form collects gender, birthdate, your health self-assessment, tobacco use, benefit amount, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting engine for rates but are never retained here. No name, address, phone, or email is required. Identical repeat queries use a brief cache to spare the quoting engine.

Applying

Applying means your responses pre-fill a secure form on the carriers' platform, where their privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (0B75129), processes the application.

The contact form

Contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact style, subject, and message. It arrives at the agency via email using your address for replies. This site stores no message copy, submission log, or content record. A brief spam check happens in your browser before sending.

Measurement

We track visitors using a first-party, cookie-free system from this domain. No cookies or device IDs are created; your IP is truncated before logging; referral details are stripped; raw logs expire after three months. Browsers with Do Not Track or Privacy Control requests skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We never sell, share or track for ads, nor do we run third-party analytics. The sole external code is the carriers' application system, present only on the apply page.
